We’ve had a great Summer and Autumn season being at Home in Highgate. At the end of August we had a great event at New Hope Park along with our partners, where people played music, got involved in drawing activities, made dens, ate together and just had a great time.  So much so, that everyone asked when would we do it again.

So, to celebrate the beginning of the dark nights we had ‘Light Into Dark’. We all got together and made a fire in the park for people to gather round. We had live music and songs from around the world, and a singalong with the children. We lit the park with LED lights and candles and Glue Collective made shadow puppets while the children toasted marshmallows at the fire. It was very magical and we’re looking forward to whatever we cook up together with the community next.

If you want to be involved in future activities contact Manon@frictionarts.com or ring Marcus to find out more on 07511 482528.
